Are square scrubbers "better"?

Are they more or less aggressive than a 175 or cimex?

Reliability?

They look more user friendly, am I correct?

Is there a type of service where they shine or come up short?

Do the weights help performance? I just bought a used Koblenz square and was looking at weights. Clean freak sells them but says they are for confidence not perfomance.

Hey Lee. Do you remember the old Towel Machine dude in California? The dude who claimed to be cleaning with a towel machine at $100 per hour, back in the 90's?

I wonder if he ever figured out what he was doing?

Well, I forget about Mardie ... he never has.

I "remember" him from the trade mags of the era, but don't remember him at any shows or board activity. Sort of the same era CCS came about.

A good tool, but not as useful as channellocks to me.

Clark at Orbitec talked him up for awhile. Supposedly only used a towel machine and charged by the hour.
