Postcards have a few % points higher success rate than bulk mail cards to a mailing list


It can fill a vacant schedule , but commercial routes will assist far more accurately and consistently with less labor and expense of sending cards


If you’re good and have been around 10 years or more , you’ll find that your base does the advertising for you

How about you post a few examples of these cards that you are sending and getting results that warrant the effort?

If you've been around for 10 years, postcards are designed for your BASE

to help Recommend and advertise by word of mouth for you....

But I’m fairly certain there is more to running a 36 year long company that has brought in over $25 million in sales over its existence that a 6 x 9 inch piece of paper isn’t the holy grail

When I was in Utah I would send postcards to a lot of my competitors. {THEY WERE REALLY GOOD MEN!!!}

A lot of them would recommend me when they couldn't do a job!!!

It’s not whether nor not I would’ve scheduled them. It’s more WHEN they would’ve been scheduled.
Those jobs have been scheduled more often since they’re reminded.
My customers are constantly thanking me for sending them a reminder.

I regret not starting this program 10years earlier than 2017

All I can tell you is give it a 6 month trial and see for yourself.

Myself, I'm more of the door hangers guy.
I like to keep my customers close to my heart as pictured.

Last month, 50 % of the jobs came from returning customers. My overall retention rate is 20%. Can I do better? For sure. I'm widely open to suggestions.

I find the customer who uses you once a year will use you twice a year maybe three times a year.

The Big bonus is they will recommend you a whole lot more throughout the year to their friends and family.

Change came for me after reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad"- the bottomline was-- if you work for money, you will never be rich.

SO I changed my focus from making money into make every customer a cheerleader for my business.

I would spend extra time or do what ever possible to make the customer into a cheerleader or unpaid salesman for my business.
I brought service and inactions to a level were I became a "family member" or That Guy, when my clients were asked, "I need my carpet cleaned, do you know anyone" and My clients would respond -- "I KNOW a GUY"- with Confidence!

Hone your skills and perform at a higher level. I never want to hear, another person did better than me.
When cleaning I think--EVERY DROP of water left behind might leave a morsel of dirt behind- and that is Too much.
My Motto: "The Quality of One's work, IS a representation of the person performing it."-- I will represent myself at the highest level.

And Post card Reminders and thank you cards are very important!
