That's sounds like a great job. Koch is pretty diversified I'm sure once he's in with them he'll never be bored.

Andover is a nice suburb of Wichita. Figured it had to be work or a relationship. Kansas is freezing in the winter, wet in the spring, hot in the summer, but our falls are really nice. :eekk:

Its a slower paced life, traffic but not like the big city. Old town has lots of cool clubs and restaurants, even a comedy club. Sports, the Shockers are always good at baseball and the last few years basketball 31-0. Nice Zoo too for the grandkids.

If they want bigger KC is just 2.5 hours from them Chief's, Royal, NASCR, Sprint Center, Power & Light district, Casino's.

Kansas is really not as bad as it sounds.....but it's not California. :errf:

She actually has another one of my married daughters and grandson wanting to move there too. They are looking at housing prices there compared to here and it sounds enticing to them. I keep reminding them, "but you have to live in Kansas!" :icon_razz:

LOL

Yea we get people moving from the coast amazed at what they can get. They buy huge homes here since their dollar goes so much further. 1/4-1/3 of what it costs out there.

I did 13 jobs in February. I did 28 last February. Since I did double in January 2014 over January 2013 I was kinda thinking I'd at least do the same if not more. So my bank account is hurting now too!

Funny how a day can change things. Al of a sudden phones are ringing. Got 10 jobs on the books for this week and next, which would normally suck but since I only did the 13 the whole last month I'm going to go out on a limb and say March is going to be way better. Plus it's only Tuesday!!

That's always the case here too. It's made even worse because of the restoration work.

The schedule rarely reflects what to expect of the day. Which makes it tough to plan and manage but that's the nature of this business.
