This is after running about 5 minutes. I was keying the wand 5 seconds on and 2 seconds off. The machine was on high. I fully believe I'll be able to maintain 230 degrees sustained. Its a beast. I'm like a little kid on Christmas :)

I will be posting more pictures soon but just the machine and waste tank are in. I'm putting the hose reels in tomorrow and my two 80 gallon fresh tanks don't arrive until Wednesday.

Did you say you are spraying the reels themselves with LineX?

Are you going to dual wand with this unit?

Can you post larger pictures please?

What other TMs have you owned?

Yes I did have the reels Linexed along with the entire 14 ft cargo area and both side of the marine grade plywood flooring. They said a typical linex job is 200 clicks of the linex spray system and they went over 1000 clicks on my job. I've owned 2 chemtex units, 3 hycalon hurricane tm's a hydramaster 4.8 cds, 2 pro-1200's and now the 870. Normally we'll bring multiple trucks to a large job but now we'll try dual wanding with the 870.

It's not too late to construct a platform that raises the machine up at least a foot higher and have useful space underneath for stuff or have drawers installed to hold smallish items...if you can, try to do a search on mikeyfest pictures and see Jimmy Olas' sprinter. He has drawers uderneath the blueline unit..its great!

Yeah your probably gonna want to keep that rig longer than 4 years so the depreciation doesn't kill ya, a set-up like that should hold together for a long time. Hell my Chevy van/CDS is getting on 5 years old and I figure on keeping her together at least another 5.

My 2003 Chevy extended is going on 10 years old, and the same with the Genesis 59. Van only needs a bit of body work, not from weather, but from my water softner brine tank overflowing a few times. That brine just eats up the body.

What do you think of my live water hose attached here? I just used zip ties to hold it temporarily until I decide we're I want it.

I seem like a nice spot for it. As long as your not busting your knuckles on the reel below it.

I did like the idea of putting the drawer under the machine mentioned above, or a water tank if you getting one.

Stagger the reels so you dont hit other 1 while rolling up. Vac reel should be fine with it mounted below. Sol line looks alittle too close stacked.

You can put hydroforce or something small that goes in every job under is stagger too. I try to keep all items that go in on every job close too eachother.

Looks great! While I don't like Sprinters it sure fits in there good with plenty of room to work out of.

Very clean install, nice work! :icon_cool:

Dont forget to have your local custom muffler shop build a rug rack in there. Exhaust pipe is cheap and easy to bend. Do you know how hot the area above the 870 will be after cleaning a job???

LOL Yea lots wrong with me, that would be a long list Cu! :winky:

They are just so fugly, I've tried but I just can't bring myself to like them.
From their Anteater looks to their impracticable space configuration I just don't like them.

But I do like the looks of yours! :p
