I had mine crack once in awhile. It will still work for a long time suprisingly. Made me wonder how long the crack was there before I noticed it.

I like the Mytee/Cool cuff interchangability. They both are well made and last for many years, although the set of 2 1/2 swivels are somewhat delicate (the female end seperates)

That happened to two of ours a while back and was told by JonDon to send a picture so they could show the company and we recieved replacements in the mail. So far so good except for the rubber ring ending up in the wast tank basket but that stopped also.
