i worked with/for 2 sisters in law back in the late 80's early 90's. they we're two of the hardest working people i've ever been around. they were both school teachers at one time so education was big on their list. they both had PhD's and ran a great company.
they sold the biz i after 10 years of building it and hand picked the new owner who is still running it, but doesn't have near the amount of business that the ladies did, he just came at it from a different angle!
i agree with Scoot, just find a good tech and see if they accell!

All women techs for 5 years now, wouldn't go back to having men at all, women LIKE women coming into their homes and yes they ARE fussy in their cleaning as well.

it would not work for carpet cleaning, well then again it might, $300 for one room and hall, blow jobs are complimentary

My best tech is a 115lb girl. She can do anything a male tech can do.
Her cleaning speed is a little slower, but that takes more than a couple of
years to improve and still do superb work.
Our target clients can relate to her better than any guy can too!
Every once and a while a customer is surprised to see a girl and asks
how she is going to be able to do the job, usually older women.

Hey Greg, the one who titles greatest carpet cleaner.
I did one job and charged 4500.00 and it took only 9 hours with a helper.
In fact, when I was done, the carpet looked like it was never stepped on from being trashed out. In fact, He liked my system of cleaning over the truck mount cleaning he has had and most of all he found that he did not have to replace the carpet after all. The other "franchise dudes" told him different.
I have been invited back to do that job plus additional work that I have added to my services. That one job coming in the future will be the
amount adding another couple to it.
Matters not to me who believes me, I would not lie about that for I don't have to impress anyone with tales to prove myself. My cu-sty's do enough referring for me, so that is all I need for that. In fact, I have yet to advertise and I have more work coming , and I do thank the Good Lord for that, then I can handle by myself. That is why I am thankful to have a full time person helping me out now.
I don't know how many times I will see a month like I have this month or the one I had in February. Every month is an adventure and a surprise to me.
Just trusting and obeying my call..........

I don't doubt you make a living. I remember on ICS you always talking about $24,000 this month and $19,000 that month etc etc. I saw some of your work and you do a great job.
If your going to claim $30,000 in a month with a porty out there it is just unbelievable. Taking out the $4500 it is still $1,500 a day in your claim. NO WAY

I would suspect that the majority of that $30,000 was done with padcapping. You can do a ton of s.f with a pad machine.

When I'm on a residential job where OP works, I have visions of a small Astro Van with a couple of OP's and a vacuum cleaner on it.
Then I'll get that job from hell and thank the Lord I have a TM.

Average? That doesn't apply as we have so many varied type companies.
Most full time cleaners would be between 4-10 thousand a month some are at the 25 thousand and up almost every month so an average would be impossible to compute accurately.
We have 2 thousand dollar months in the winter and 30 thousand dollar months in the summer, depending on the type of work, it isn't that difficult.
We have one account that is 20 thousand dollars and takes us 4 days another 4 thousand dollar job that takes one day etc. Then we have days were you bust your butt all day for 6 - 7 hundred.

so basicly you have no idea what the people you sell to wind up doing. You don't follow up or survey at all. That amazes me. I figured you would want to have this info to promote a plan for your prospects. To me it sounds like buy this machine and you could do $20,000 a month but I really don't know

of course you guys understand I was mearly stating what skantatly clad FEMALE personal would possibly be able to do, ok ok $350 for one room in hall pre vac is also included. the young ladies that will be doing the work are not only equiped with glides they use special ones called astro glide.

Try reading before shooting your mouth off Greg, do you want me to "average" part timers with full timers? That is DUMB! We have large companies and small, and by putting one day a week part timers in with full time O/O would serve WHAT PURPOSE? What does that stat show or what value does it have in real life? Funny how silly some will get or what stupid insinuations they will make when they don't understand or like what others are doing to make a buck.
