That appears to be something that you'll eighter need to get from the manufacturer or have made. I would probably give it to my machinest and say "Whittle me one of these" and in a day or so pick it up but thats me. What exactly wrong with the one you have?

I can't tell if that's a Tony Dang, a Joe Bristor or a Rob Allen wand, but if it's from Rob or Joe you'll have to contact them or do like Dwayne said and have your machinist recreate it if.
it's a Tony Dang you're out of luck as he's out of business
