So, after joining this board I am convinced that I must have a
CRB. My question is what would be the best brand and size unit to purchase. I will be using it primarily on trashed out rentals to save my old man back from having to do so many wand passes and also think it may save me a few bucks on my chemical bill. Keep in mind that I will probably be unloading this machine 4-5 jobs a day and also that all of my rentals are empty when I do them so they are wide open. Thanks!

for doing those trashed rentals I prefer my 175 with a tank and shower feed through an aggressive pad.(usually green).
I do have a
CRB, not the flavor of choice around here, but I picked it up for next to nothing and it does work well. And,it has solution tanks .
but if you're going to use it in the trash rentals and I do a lot of them, bang for the buck my 175 does much better. and you can probably pick one up a lot cheaper. for those rentals, a smaller one is ideal. You're not doing a lot of wide-open areas usually, like a big commercial area.
I do like the
crb on carpet that is a little thicker, in a residential.
