I often use an electric multi-sprayer but for finer fabrics I will use a trigger sprayer to minimize moisture.

I got tired of trashing my pump sprayers

Electric all day for me

I always used a simple 1 1/2 gallon stainless pump up with a spraying systems handheld gunjet.
1 for prespray and another for fabric protector.
