oh mardie its almost 2014 take some of the money you are making with the trinity and go to a hospital so they can pull your head out of your ass and maybe do something to prevent you from putting it back in. but you've proven to everybody here that you just cant help yourself and that your first priority in life is to live with it up your ass. So I doubt that there is a prevention available for you.

Uumm that "little girl" is probably Marc's wife....and in case you don't know Mardie, Marc and Andrechelle was the hosting webmasters for mikeysboard before the "Fred takeover" and a whole bunch of members here using "that little girl's" web design and hosting company for their companies.
I don't think we can judge how her carpet cleaning techniques are.

Did John ever explain why he changed the warranty to make it appear that there was 20 days to return a machine instead of the 30 on Todd's paperwork and on the Trinity site ?

thanks for that joke mardie. I got a great laugh out of it. you just don't have a clue do you? too bad the victor is such an asshole to one of his customers. Did he win a contest whoppee big deal. i think a better video is the one where he uses a trinity to smear around dirt and residue in major retail store. And true to form he puts the excuse of bad lighting out even before the video begins.
What is 100 percent proven is that you or him have no clue about hwe cleaning. your both too cheap to buy a TM and really learn how to clean residental carpet. but OP can work on cgd that is for sure. Not everytime and on every carpet though...except in your fantasy world.

E their is no arguing the quality of this machine as far as OP machines go. It is light years ahead of all other OP machines and thats a fact. You got a problem with that? For any one to try to say other wise is either lying or is just blowing hot air. So I guess I am guilty for not quiting on setting the record straight when I hear misinformation on a subject that is indisputable.

It must not have been too dirty as fast as everyone is cleaning it with every system. But I too wondered what it dried like.

There is no doubt (Imo) that Trinity is the best OP on the market right now. I just think that you (Mardie) are letting your pride get in the way here and not thinking logically when it comes to carpet cleaning. You just don't know when to quit....Remember, these are the "big leagues" (Mikeysboard) man and you are arguing with the best and most seasoned cleaners around.
Remember, I'm a fellow VLM guy as well so I'm not knocking the machine one bit.
However....I do have a problem with the way this whole "situation"was handled. Right or wrong, John G should have given a FULL refund and been done with Todd, period. It would have saved John a ton of bad publicity and embarrassment Imo. Also, for John to be coming on here and taking his own jabs is just making it worse....
You would never see or hear of Rick G, John L, or John O in this kind of situation because they take care of their customers, right or wrong.
These are just my opinions...

Edgar is right. Your fault, his fault, it doesn't really matter to potential buyers. Nobody wants to be involved in that kind of snafu.
