Sure sounds like you care what I think. LOL For what it is worth to anyone following this little soap opera. I have never spoken to John G. in person or on the phone or e-mailed him or had any personal contact what so ever. My relationship with Trinity Renewal Systems is purely professional. I deal with several suppliers from long distances and have never spoken to the owner or principle at the head of the organisation that I am dealing with. What do you find so bad about that ? And as far as the Trinity Rock that I bought it has far exceeded all my expectations as to what an OP machine is capable of.

I've never used a HOSS, Mardie..so I can't comment on how it does on light soil com (where scrub 'n run encRapoo works al'ite)

but I'll guarantee you if i ran wand over a soiled com that had just been spray 'n wiped, you'd see a difference ..it would be noticeably cleaner, guaranteed!!

wiping a clean cotton pad over a cleaned carpet might make the pad dirty, but it won't improve the appearance

Now, pay attention, If I, or any other cleaner that knows HOW to wand, runs a wand over a soiled carpet that was just cleaned by an encRapper, or YOUR scampoo box, you'll SEE an APPEARANCE difference ..it will be noticeably cleaner .
The more soiled the carpet, the more noticeable the difference
