Is the one of the busier times for u guys and water damage.... Been kinda slow and hoping winter months and broken pipes will bring in more work...

yes and no.

It can be but it usually comes in waves not over time. December we usually get some from the inital freezing temps and the later in January when ever we are in single digits for more than a couple of days.

What about fire damage in winter time from people trying to supplement heat sources??

Yes we've been busy with Fire ever since it got cold. Holiday cooking, HVAC malfunctions, chimney fires keep you busy through the winter.
