ohh hell ya....i had secret customers......
we tried all kinna tricks.....
SG after the invoice was written up
cash for extra rooms......

happy to say..i didn't catch one thief
although i'm sure it probably did happen

YEs, we had a secret shopper customer about once a year. Always a good result, but glad to have the confirmation and reinforcement that our guys were doing it right.
