I'm starting to think there's something wrong w/ my turbo hybrid, I use it at 900-1100 psi with shorebest 2790, but 90% of the time I'm scrubbing grout lines and in some cases using the CRB.

I thought most guys using 2790 hardly scrubbed? (or any other high ph alki).

Cobbs is quite nice too.

This is a shot of a bank lobby we cleaned this morning. Cobb's PowerMax mixed at 2 oz per gallon in super hot water. Mopped on, a few minutes dwell and then the turbo at 850 psi. No scrubbing.

Some grout just needs to be agitated no matter what nuclear jizz you put on it

Raise your pressure above 1000 or crank the heat and you'll risk cracking joints

On castle( ashlar) installs like mike has shown, improper installation technique is the norm.

With a near butt install with chiseled edge, sanded grout for most part ends up only in the bevel and not between the tiles themselves, where it's suppose to go.

By definition, an improper install.

You will often see this install with varying grout "fullness"

12 inch polished marble with micro bevel falls in same category

So yes, agitation is preferred over hi pressure in getting grout clean, as well as other process.
