what's the dilution rate and is there any other cleaning agent that's ever been in that consistency for our industry

Dilution rate? Straight out of the pail. Water is the universal solvent to make it a shampoo. This will stretch its usefulness in this manner.
Consistency? Not that I am aware of that is specific for rug work. For instance: Fringes. The "Plus" is it is effective on the pile of most yarn content.
It rinses very easily out of the rug with water under pressure.

Someone sent me that picture cleaning their fringe. Their wash floor is vinyl, simulated wood. For me, I favor white epoxy.
