Took the family to dinner last night to my favorite asian buffet. Low and behold, it told me what to do with my business.

He just hasn't been in biz long enough to figure out he doesn't have be a honey dipper septic tank carpet specialist and grease pit night job restaurateur

if he plans to stay on the truck, in another 5 years he'll figure it out and start charging hi-roller prices for those jobs, or let some other dumbazz do them

I’m far from burn out. But my tolerance for stupid people and unrealistic expectations has exponentially shortened.
