Not sure who exactly they are referring to.
I buy some Legend products, Materblend, Procyon, Bridgepoint (Interlink) and a few others. Not sure if they make their own or not.

However, compared to the above competitors, I have not found Legends products to be cheaper (supposedly they should) nor work better or need lesser quantity because they are less diluted.

So far: Zero per three claims!

And I do believe some chem lines are nothing more than janitorial chems............with a "Carpet cleaning" label.

Just because it says carpet cleaning doesn't make it legit.

In fact I've found one carpet cleaning chem line to be no better than some janitorial chems.

Bridgepoint formulates manufactures all their own products with one exception; the All Solv in aerosol can. That is farmed out since Bridgepoint does not have facility to fill aerosol cans.
