I took off the squeegee's off the tile head and decided to try a little pre-scrubbing action on a nasty. Man did it work great, the brushes are perfect, not too stiff at all. I can say that it really worked the pre-spray in deep. Quick pre-scrub, pop on the cleaning head and ready to clean. What a great tool.

Eddie;

We have been modifying the "Tile & Grout" head for some time.

We changed the jets to higher impact style by modifying the elbows.

Replaced the squeegees with urethane types for better recovery in the grout lines.

Testing some new RV360 slippery carpet shoe designs this week.

Eddie, I do agree and love the 360, I have a some problems with the motor, however it has worked well for the last few months.I did
use it on some 8" tile and was able to clear seal it.
Dirt came up well, I was surprised because I was used to the sx12.

Rob, do you have the new SS covers on the glides? RV sent me a set and I did not use them, didn't like them. It seemed they caused more drag on the motor then the original nylon ones. I can't wait for them slick teflon glides though.

Maybe you should try taking the SS covers off and see if it runs smoother. I am 10 min outside of DC.
