Problem with Blueline APO.

I have the Blueline external APO. When the power is on it will pump for about 3 seconds, then shut off for about 15, then repeat this over and over.

I took the top off and cleaned out the 4 spring/check valves which were full of lint and hair. It still does it though. Is there somewhere else that is clogged that I need to be checking?

By the way, this all started happening the day I got talked into ditching the pool filter!!!!!

There is lint or crap somewhere in the check valve assembly,

You need to run a lint bag with those APO,s.

Take it apart again, Put your lint box back in.

Maybe the springs need to be lubed, don't know just guessing.

Go back to using the pool filter.

Now if you owned a Nordic 1 hybrid you wouldn't have apo problems.

Or don't drink & clean.

Or make Dirk clean his own house.

I had the same problem when I cleaned my check valves and I had to take a hose and flush the thing out and she fired right up.......

you will be surprised at what will come out.........

I can see the reason for running filterless but does the carpet really dry that much faster, especially in Arizona

I really don't think the benefit out weighs the problems it can cause

I can see if you have a giant waste tank that you drain when you get home and an APO is something you hardly ever use

good info to know because I have on of those blue line apo's
