What is the minimum investment for equipment etc to get started with residential cleaning?

How much do you have? I'd say around $10-15k USD if you want a used Truckmount and van. But I would say a minimum of $10k if your on a shoe string. Leave room for Business cards, website design, marketing, insurance, training, chemicals, and supplies.
