A bylaw is a local rule that still has to comply with legislated laws. They can be changed by a vote of the "membership" but still have to be legal. For example, your HOA can't pass a rule allowing you to run a machine shop out of your home if the neighborhood isn't zoned for business.

Think of zoning as your municipality's HOA. A complaint will still get your home business shut down if it goes against zoning laws.

to 3 gallons of water in a sprayer.
add a little dishwashing liquid (tip I read to hold on to grass better)...or something like that

cheap pump sprayers clog, diaphragm pump sprayers don't
