would depend on your job average as to if its worth it?

most of "my customers" will wait, new customers are more likely to be the ones you lose

The cost is fine with me. Not that I look for ways to waste money. I already do website pricing. Customers generally do not mind waiting. I’m tired of answering the phone for tire kickers, robo calls, and Indian dudes trying to hook up my first page of Google. It has made me start to ignore the phone. Most everyone has out of town numbers here due to military and industry, so you never know if it’s a legit customer or not.
I haven’t heard anything negative about Jill’s Office, just checking with you low IQ’rs before I pull the trigger.

Or the 6-7 a month you loose because Jill doesn't show much care in her voice, or puts them on hold for 15 minutes and or forgets to call back and or is unwilling or unable to answer many questions.

No. I can let my calls go to VM for free, which is exactly what happened with Full circle. And the call center and Human before them.

I tried 3 answering companies. Each of them were good in the beginning, but quality dropped off eventually. I have given up on answering services

If they can't wait for me to call them back when I'm free and rested then they are better off calling someone else. I miss one a month at most. Most calls are repeat.

Jills office is pure dog shit. Absolute worst answering service ever, we record all our calls on our own program and listen in... omg Jills was a nightmare. 75% on average going to their "que" which is a voicemail just like you have on your phone already. Many calls 5-6+ rings before being answered.

Had to remind them 4x about what our minimum charge is and tell them they cant schedule someones for 1 room at the $70 room rate.
