Picked up a tufted rug the other day that has some of the back tripping coming loose, customer ask if I would glue it back for her. Should I just use a latex glue for this. Any certain brands etc. In this same area a very small portion of the rug is also delaminated. Can I use this to re-glue that as well?

We use Parabond 267 almost exclusiviely for fixing delamination on tufted rugs... its almost pure latex adhesive and you'll pay for it too, so make sure you charge accordinly.. To give y ou an idea, On a 6x9, we used a gallon and a half.. basically 100 dollars plus in glue, and took us about 2 hours to relglue entire packing and we charged $400.00 for it.

that was just for the repair to the backing,, did not include the cost of cleaning.
