Generators....& Reels

Im looking for a generator for my portable what should I be looking at? I've now got a contract with a real estate and eventually Ill get to a house without any power....

Also looking for a reel for my hoses. It can be quite frustrating not having reels...one step at a time though. But certainly takes sometime to unpack and pack back up.
