I was asking if they used one after the families moved out just yesterday, turns out it's against company policy to do so. No reason why was given. If in doubt replace.
I have the worse one yet today, not pet related, just funk and BO.
It was all set to be replaced yesterday but the installer never showed. Family moves in tomorrow.
