Employee Handbooks

I am to the point in my business now that I need to implement an employee handbook for my company rules and procedures but I am not the greatest at writing my ideas down. Is anyone willing to share their company manual to help get me started. I know that I will have to customize it for my company but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
