What are you guys using for field management software?

we have been using service monster for years . Really good support and the staff is great.But unless we are missing something we still would like a smoother online interface for our website. Been using zapier interference but still a bit tricky.
we need auto tasks and check list generated with work orders as well as for scheduled maintenance would be nice . Time sheets nice too.
At the moment we are using a separate time sheet app, service monster and google calendar.
