Hi, I could use some help. My last step chemical injection quit working. I have a ss370.

I’ve tighten all clamps to hoses.
What else?

Fred's advice above is exactly where I would start. My Boxxer had a hairline crack in the meter and it would not work. even after I tried to silicone it. Does it prime when you plug your vac hose?

My truck mount guy taught me to air test all brass pieces.

Which means apply suction and seal using your mouth.

It it holds a seal it's good if it doesn't replace it.

A small hairline crack is all it takes to mess you up.

Where do you think it could be?
You have to look for it. Could be the tubing or like others said could be a fitting or the meter itself. Over tightening is often an issue with brass fittings. They Crack from the vibration over time. Replace the cheaper parts first if you're not sure where to start and eventually you will find the problem. The parts you replace probably need replacing even if they are not the issue at the moment.

If you haven't yet find a hydraulic supply shop near you. They can custom make pressure and supply lines.
It might be your supply line feeding your pump. That's where I would start. I pay about $35 a line custom made.
