Fooker! We use them too. For as little as they cost they often last 6-8 years or longer. Usually they ugly out and get that Canadian look (missing a few teeth) before we toss them.Maybe he actually used it
OMG!!! You of all people should know better!OK, got my blue collar on today. Thanks for the feedback.
OMG!!! You of all people should know better!
Why in the world would you use staples to hold that together.
Well you should have gotten the real GRANDI Groom, and not the cheap knock off GRANDY groom!!View attachment 82982 If so...Quit Using Staples to hold the brush to the head

I put clear silicone in mine, drove in 3 stainless screws....and throw some glue in there
Mine did it too. It's a poor way to connect the brush.Never had one do that...ever! What did you do to it?
Or, when it pops out, go into your garage, grab a cordless drill, 3 #8- 1/4” screws, and fix it... simple, never have a issue again...
and throw some glue in there
Is that what you telll your clients when they complain?I put clear silicone in mine, drove in 3 stainless screws....
Ofer, tell me one thing that’s perfect in life? I agree, most everything we purchase these days is shyte. It took me all of 2-3 minutes to fix my Grandi Groomer. I haven’t had problems with it for the last 18 months. I had it in the rug shop everytime I groom rugs. It now works as it should. As long as I don’t store it on the bristles, it should last me the next 5-8 years... yes, they should be BUILT CORRECTLY FROM THE START, but if they did, would they sell any more?????Is that what you telll your clients when they complain?
How about just making it right.
If I wanted to spend all my time fixing things, I'll find a hobby.
