Keep checking it might do that for a whileLow, but barely low. Took like 2 small chugs and it was full again.

Id have to see what you did.i just drilled thru the rotor/ pulley that lined up with the slots in the armature. If you drilled into the armature and rotor/pulley id have to see. But if its structurally sound i don't see a problem but you'd have to send a pictureEven after I drilled 2 holes through the armature and pulley?

A blown head gasket would generally show coolant in oil. Your thinking of the engine like or acting as a heat exchanger would. Generally a head gasket blows in ir at the cylinder and high pressure gasses enter cooling system and when the engine isn't running coolant enters the cylinder and leaks thru the rings to the oil. You would have check engine light and cylinder misfire codes.you can check for head gasket blown/ cracked block with a simple test where you put a chemical in a tube and put it over the radiator inlet . With it you draw air outa the radiator and if there's any hydrocarbons ( evidence of cylinder leak) the chemical changes color ( from blue to yellow ). But why are you even going there??? Are you having problems or is it the fact that for 2 days now you've had to add coolant and your mind is playing tricks with you?? (Chicken little syndrome)It took a little bit of coolant again. If there is a bad head gasket would motor oil first appear in coolant, or would coolant first appear in the motor oil? I'd think that the motor oil is under higher pressure and one would see evidence of oil in the coolant first...
