We bumped per SQFT price, stair price, and area rugs…
Our commercial prices went up 2 cents a sqft.

All in all, not much in the way of increased pricing, just ALOT more jobs…
I’m adding $20 on top of most/all of my jobs this year to either price out the cheapos and give me a break or give me another record climb in income. Win win I hope

If that is really the case, it’s time for you to reduce the stress in your life and hire an accountant.
Seriously
I have one. Our socials were stolen and the IRS issued a PIN number for us. Well their PIN system was hacked so our returns were rejected again. Then someone filed and got a return in my name. Apparently the IRS thinks I’m a Nurse in Mt View California.

That happened to one one my employees year before last. It did take awhile to clear up. Of course they stole her return. But they got caught and she got her money. Of course we had to get involved some.

I was up over 10%. I turned down 7 or 8 jobs a week all summer and my slower months were busier.

It'll be interesting to see what happens if this pandemic comes to an end. Even more calls because there are still lots of people afraid to have service guys in their homes? Less calls because people start going back into the office and carpet cleaning becomes an inconvenience again?
