They are two completely different products. Shampoo is for shampooing rugs, with a shampoo machine. The Gold is a prespray 8 ph that is probably designed as a pretreatment for wall to wall wool rugs. It will work on fine rugs but you need to test for dye bleed first.

Which one is recommended for washing with rotary machine?
Both can be used in a rotary machine. Both need to be rinsed. The Gold product is more aggressive and probably has more surfactants. (wetting agents)

I think that shampoo doesn't need rinse. In factories in the United States, does the most common product look like shampoo or The Gold?

There are many products to choose from, you have to find what works for you.

Sergio,
Do a search for encap (or encrap) and you'll see that there's no magic disappearance of soil and shampoo residue. The encap is just a shampoo with fluorochemical in it so the formerly sticky shampoo residue you're leaving in the rug doesn't attract more soil.

Or test it yourself. Apply the "crustalizing" shampoo to a rug, let it dry, and see how much crustalized detergent you can find after 24 hours.

The question you have to answers is: do you want to clean rugs (defined as removing soil) or shove the soils down and leave a crust of light-reflecting shampoo on top? If 'bury and topcoat' is the plan, please don't tell people you're cleaning their rugs.

Ok, now it's clearer
