one of my best guys wasn't long out of high school Matt

I knew him...he wasn't "collage material"
but was a good looking kid that knew how to act around people .
He was working as a grounds keeper at a golf course for peanuts
I offered him a buck an hour more to start

He was with me for over 12 years

being so young, vehicle insurance cost for them to drive can be prohibitive .
But I was on the truck full time then ...so it wasn't a thing
