Some still can't grasp the Glide concept

The "proper sealing" that Ben thinks he's referring to isn't related to the glide being the problem. It's because the wand doesn't fit the operator correctly, being that he's too short for the tool. That's why it's so important to have a selection of different wands for each employee.
