I'm accustomed to old people saying fax and then rattling off their e-mail address, sort of like the person that's never known anything but a digital video saying he's going to review the tape.

Even if the old lady meant fax, fax from e-mail is easy.

2020 man is just a prick.

We still have the odd request to send out a fax now and then. For example, it is easier than scanning and emailing a document that requires a signature.

"Never for the sake of your convenience should you inconvenience a customer"

I think Stew Leonard said this...but it doesn't matter, its probably even better than the "customer is always right" quote.

If they want the quote in smoke signals, build a fire.

My employees also know that there will be hell to pay if I ever hear them say:

"Well, its our policy...."

No customer is ever going to be happy with whatever comes after "Its our policy...."

Rant over...carry on.

The majority of football recruits still say they fax in their letters of intent, but they use e-mail. Kids these days.

I'd tell you my opinion but I can't get this darned fire going.

My youngest daughter caught saying "videotaping" in regards to my phone.

I thought she was going to throw up.

What a timely DAT. Brady just came in this afternoon laughing about a customer who asked him to fax her an invoice and then gave him her email address.

Send documents with email or text.
Document my work with the iphone camera and send images if needed by text or email.
The Apple photos app and probably they all do this... saves the images to a date.
This makes it easy to look up what I did a year or two later... if needed.
- I was thinking about that with the browned out couch.
Document your work.

this musician calls up a library and asks if they have any Baroque sheet music. The librarian says she will check and fax over what they have. The musicians says "Okay - thanks - but if it ain't Baroque don't fax it."
