Everyday is Saturday.
You need to pressure test at 1200 psi or so and it wouldn’t hurt to try to add some cavitation to attempt to expose any micro cracks before you spend the time putting it back in.
It's in their hands I hope they can repair or I'm shelling out $2200You need to pressure test at 1200 psi or so and it wouldn’t hurt to try to add some cavitation to attempt to expose any micro cracks before you spend the time putting it back in.
Blower exhaust? The 405 engine exhaust hx is pretty bulletproof. Those exhaust heat exchangers should be outlawed. In my opinion it's a very poor design and it's just a matter of time before they clog up. Glad I don't have one now

I knew what you meant. Still LameThats what I meant external clogging of debris not internal pipes getting clogged
Ok. I'll take it apart again. It's a shitty job!I get that you need it, but they need to fix the leak.

Picture and circle where it is leaking on picture please.
Can I switch over to a little giant with holes in my Heat exchanger? I paid $129 For that fix .I hope you didn’t pay that much for that repair.
As it has a very high percentage of failure in the future.
Those fittings needs to be ordered and switched out to make a permanent repair.
That is more of a tempo repair they performed.
The heat exchanger is upside down from my very 1st post but the circle in Red is the original hole I posted and isn't leaking anymore. But the circle in blue is the new pin hole leak. You can see they did try to do a repair there.

Ok. I'll check on that. Thanks for the suggestion.Ask if they can order the fittings and replace the damaged ones not just patch them.
