I’ve never used it. However, the ZEP non-ammoniated glass cleaner concentrate cleans hardwoods and laminates very well, with no visible residue. Mix at a very low concentration, maybe 1/2 oz per gallon. Scrub with whatever and rinse with a microfiber spin mop.
One drawback is that it is not as effective on grease, you may have to swab something else in the kitchen (if the glass cleaner doesn’t geddit).

Zep no rinse hard surface cleaners says it's not good for wood..

Instead they have this product that appears to be RTU...

Thoughts?

I use either or at my house and can’t tell much difference. I like Zep for personal use. But, if I use it for biz, of course I complicate it.

Why not use professional products like the Hydroforce Woodfresh Line?

At $100 an hour and being a hard surface specialist you should be able to afford professional products, which by the way are actually cheaper because for your product ZEP you are paying $21.50 for an RTU and for the Hydroforce it's $24.37 @ 1:4 and you get to look like a professional using professional products.

nor do they give a dam....

What makes a commercially manufactured product "professional" ? A higher price ? Some of the carpet cleaning supplies I pick up at the local janitorial supply house cost 1/4th of what they are at our festive carpet cleaners supply houses. By the way janSAN is like a gizillion times the size of our industry.

if you weren't so Canadian, you could probably get it too
I like the idea but it would be a stretch. Considering that I did a 3 story apt building with 2 stairwells and lobby for $650. I usually moderate my sqft price by my time on the job. This job was 3 hours so just over $200 per hour. I'm good with that.
