Do you really need to read a long article to know the the yellow pages are RIP?

THe only excection I can see would be for emergency services where where you can return a higher profit per job.

Just one or a few could pay for the entire year.

And less companies offer emergency services VS cleaning only companies.

Yellow Pages have done the right thing and got more into the internet world...They suck at it...But they still did it.

Dave, that "only exception" is still a strong argument for some to use them correctly.

No, it's not for everybody,but it's still a thoughtful piece.

For some older people YP is still king of decision making for getting their business the article is just food for thought, get out of it what you will.

ATT's mobile service has integrated well with their pre-installed YP.com app. I've had several people find me through that instead of Google.
