In my world that 13 inch moves around furniture in large or small homes in and out of spacesWhen we first started our business, we bought a fm13 to strip those little huts all over Ok. It was great for that, for awhile. As time went along, we acquired an office with a 17k
sq ft warehouse. Low and behold, they asked us if we could scrub it. Why yes, we said. What do you think we scrubbed it with? You guessed it!!!!!! We did it, don't mean we should have. Took us two forevers! To say the least. I've wore that little thing out and replaced it. It has it's place, that's for sure.

Every 2 months. Its not wick back.Maybe or maybe not?
But I guarantee you if you made mud underneath the carpet backing?
By time the carpet has dried?
There is a good chance more soil has wicked up from the backing of the carpet?
Maybe more then you took out?

Nice work on Bob Evans!!!Every 2 months. Its not wick back.
You would be washing the pads until tomorrow if you removed that much soil. 50 gallons of water looked like that.
My bob evans had a fire in november still not open. I think they are doing a remodel. I saved that carpet ten years ago and I think it was the last bob evans with that carpet.
I will miss that carpet.
That works too!!!13 inch is too small for me. I use a 17 with a 20 inch driver pad
