What's a good setup for starting to VLM commercial?

Hello, I am new here, but have lurked these forums for a few years now. Everyone seems very helpful here. I've been in the biz since I was a kid, in my early 30s now, and have always had Butlers. When I owned a different company the only time I did VLM was we would occasionally use an rx with just a bonnett and some brush and bonnett spray. We only did this whenever a vacation manager had a back to back booking and needed a real quick dry fast cleaning to get some spots out.

Now that I'm back in Indiana, I have several commercial jobs that I do annually or bi annually. Some of the county buildings are really dirty. They look a little better after HWE but there's just soooo much mud in them, I can never get it all out. I also have a large job coming up with all brand new carpet. It's a bunch of offices and board rooms. all the hallways are vinyl tile so no carpet on them.

I've seen some videos and thinking it might be wiser for me to just start VLMing these large commercial jobs where possible. It takes so long to set up hoses by myself. I'm just wondering what the best equipment would be, and maybe on a bit of a budget? I did try a cimex once for a few hours a few years ago. seemed like that was better for big open areas.
