I can give you an ESTIMATE but there are other things to consider when pricing my service and room size is just one. At this time I am servicing only vacant homes so if this is an occupied residence I can either put you on a list to call when I resume cleaning or we can schedule a time (in May) and assume I will be cleaning then. Actually, I think a mild alkaline cleaner will be better than a neutral cleaner, especially when cleaning surfaces contaminated with protein substances such as blood, viruses, etc.

you mean you haven't got the prelim report from IICRC?

just general cleaning of a possibly affected floor, I wouldnt be worried about neutral vs alk

if cleaning a highly suspected or known site, I'd be looking at HP/quat based disinfectant

Took a trip to the loading dock of jon-don the other day to stock up. Usually 3 or 4 cops between the freeway and store.
