What do you do about spam received in you business email ?

Do you use a filter?
If so, do you still check all your spam emails to make sure a legit email did not mistakenly find its way there? And in that case, does it really help, as you still have to check it.

Do you use entering a number code (the curly one you have to read and enter)?
Are potential clients willing to go through the hassle of entering the number, or do you lose clients because of it.

Any other solutions?

This ever increasing spam is driving me a little crazy!

I set the filter and forget it.

I figure if Mikey wants to talk to me, he can PM me.
