Mar 24, 2007 #3 F FastEddie Guest Do it, no more hair and debris clogs and reason to remove the glide. When I removed mine, I heard a pop, the wands lips seperated very little. No problems what so ever. Kinda weird I would think the wand lips would become closer together instead.
