On a glided ti wand do you still need to keep that little bar that separates the lips? It catches so much crap it needs to be cleaned all the time.

Do it, no more hair and debris clogs and reason to remove the glide.
When I removed mine, I heard a pop, the wands lips seperated very little. No problems what so ever. Kinda weird I would think the wand lips would become closer together instead.
