Vinyl cove base pricing?

Xactimate prices show baseboard detach after hours at like 1.30 linear ft. Would removing vinyl cove base be the same deal? Is it considered baseboard??

Doubtful coverbase generally comes off faster because you are rarely saving it. Was after hours necessary for the project?
