They are going to sell this place for about $220,000... Great location and unique!

Only 220k? For all that property? Nice property, Here, it probably be worth 800k or more.. I'd have to go to the trailer park wilderness to get 200k...

One my client just bought a beachfront at lake almanor for 3.2 million and extra few million to build the house.. beautiful area... I wish I could clean it.
