Today, my elderly customer

left a trail of blue and green ink spots from the basement and up the staircase in areas we had already cleaned. He was wearing plastic bread loaf bags as shoe covers and it was smearing ink all over the damp carpets

Had I seen him wearing the ridiculous colored plastic bags as shoe covers I would have stopped him, but such is life. From now on I will have more comprehensive conversations with my customers about walking on damp carpets before we begin working!

Caught it while we were still there. It cleaned up easily thank goodness. Chemspec Ink Remover is great stuff.

I had to go reclean another companies job today because they tried to clean a thick smart strand with a conventional wand. I even had a little difficulty moving my hole glide on it. Their wand locked down and lost all lift. Everyone needs a hole glide for those jobs.
