Is anyone familiar with this software? Quickbooks Intuit seems to promote it on their site and most of the positive reviews come from cleaning companies.

the customer factor is simple LOL the only reason I went to something new was because it was easier to market my customers from

Based on Matt's suggestion I looked into Thoughtful Systems for our scheduling/dispatching. We already have an integrated order entry system that is part of our ERP. Using Thoughtful Systems would require us to input them again into their program.

We also looked into a system that is an add-on to our routing software. I got the preliminary quote a couple of days ago. $120,000 to implement and $125,000 per year for software. That was a hard NO.

I am still looking for something to replace our old dispatch boards....

Yeah, big no over here too. I was on the phone with them a couple days ago, and the lady onto phone told me they were only able to transfer customer info that had just the customer's name, address and contact info. they had no way to input the transaction history into their system. I can't afford to just throw that data away
