The SS12 works the best with my HS Glide of the 5 wands so far, which tells me it works the best on carpet too, by a fraction, but damn am I enjoying this POS AW28

Are there any plans to have a swivel option for the Sapphire wands?

the benefits of the mighty swivel can not be ignored

It's so light and easy to slide. It's really not that big a deal with this one, but it would be nice to have a window.

I use my dev for the occasional piss puddle hunting job, but I actually find myself using the AW-29 on crowded homes more due to the shortness of it.

Don't plan on seeing much innovation from the big boys in regards to carpet cleaning for quite some time.
