The Power of Blogging to gain media attention

My SEO company did a blog press release last week.

I was standing in the office today and our office manager took a phone call she began motioning to my to take the call. I picked up the phone and a news report from a TV station had read the blog and was asking about carpet beetles. I answered his questions. He was looking for an out break. I was able to start a conversation about doing some cleaning how to spots.

Yes, 100's of them but clearly i cannot write very well...
Never had the main newspaper/tv call but many local newspapers or blogs have put them on their site with a link.

Someone like you that writes well can make this work. Couple times a month is definitely worth it.

The Buffalo News {main paper} business section will put them in the "on the record" section of people, company announcements etc but NO link. Business First does pretty much same.
