The reason I left Full circle was that their business model worked against my business needs.
Full circle seemed to be driven by increasing billable minutes which worked against my need for profit.
Many of the bookings they made later cancelled- giving me a net loss.
After a deep investigation I discovered it was more profitable to miss the calls that didn't go to our Voice mail instead of feeding Full circle..
If Super Agents doesn't work out I already have a back up plan-- which I hope I will never have to use..
But so far I'm pleased.
